Who I Support

They tend to have a feeling of intuitiveness (a frequent experience of knowing things) that their friends and family do not have.

One very important aspect I encourage with my clients so they feel our sessions are supportive and helpful is that I hold no judgment on any aspect of them and their life. And they will be seen, heard and understood. This allows our work together to be an emotionally safe space where they can feel and verbalize their experiences, emotions, challenges and questions. This creates an openness to making changes in their life and doing the inner work on themselves with self reflection.

As a sensitive, empathic and intuitive person, I spend my entire day in the energy of everything where I experience profound access to and feel the energy of all things seen, unseen, living and passed and boundless levels of knowledge.​​ I understand what is feels like each day to feel the emotions and energy of others and to know things others do not and the challenges this may present.
